Domaine Cady produces scintillating sweet whites from the Coteaux du Layon, as well as dry whites from Anjou AOC. Certified organic and with a talent for picking at optimum ripeness - a process involving several passes through the vineyard at harvest time - the wines are poised, with richness yet sublime balance.
