Bonnet Huteau express individual terroirs from Muscadet. With a focus on rock and soil types, they work organically and biodynamically to achieve purity and balance in their wines. The vineyard ecosystem is foremost in their approach, while handling and additions in the winery are minimal.

Chateau Guibeau - Bordeaux

Chateau Guibeau is situated on the limestone plateau of Puisseguin - St Emilion, on the right bank of Bordeaux. Brigitte leads an all-women team that strive for elegance in the wines, achieving balance and depth without excess. Brigitte is passionate about sustainability and has been certified organic since 2012.

DOMAINE MERIEAU - LOIRE

Domaine Merieau is situated in a corner of Touraine in the Loire Valley. Jean-Francois Merieau has caves hewn into the hillside where the wines age before release. The domaine is family orientated with a proud history of wines that represent Touraine and its unique terroir.

Domaine des Gandines - Burgundy

In the sleepy village of Clesse, the Domaine des Gandines craft red and white Burgundy from organic and biodynamic vineyards. In accordance with the lunar calendar, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gamay vines are nurtured to produce wines with freshness and precision. In the cellar, Florent intervenes as little as possible to let the vines express themselves.

Manon - australia

Manon Fine Wine came about after several years of winemaking experience between France and Australia. Scott Neville works with producers that often invest so much of themselves in the land that little time is left to share their story and their wines, especially overseas. Manon strives to bring a real taste of France to Australian shores.
